Ensuite je suis allé rencontrer un conseiller chez Ruel qui m'a expliqué ce qu'était la porte que j'avais choisi et me rendre compte que ce n'était pas ce que je voulais. Le conseiller m'a alors montré des échantillons de portes installées dans leur showroom ce qui m'a permis de choisir la bonne. La suite a été très facile. Ruel a respecté le délai de livraison convenu et l'installateur a fait une installation propre, fils cachés etc et m'a montré le fonctionnement et remis la littérature comprise avec cet achat. Je fus agréablement surpris de leur professionnalisme et ne suis pas gêné de les recommander.
